Staff at clarityclear.com ask that you inspect the goods ordered as soon as they arrive. Please keep all packaging if there is a problem. Goods may be returned for exchange providing the product is in it's original condition. We can then provide you with a return authorisation number. Australia Wide: Goods will need to be returned within 14 days of the despatch date where an exchange is required. International Orders: Exchange is available for goods reutrned within 4 weeks of the despatch date. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Faulty items can either be exchanged or refunded. We will ship a replacement item at our cost should we determine that your item is faulty.
