Definitions - "Clarity Clear Pty Ltd" means ABN 87 767 087 226 trading as Clarity Clear Pty Ltd and also known as clarityclear.com. "The Customer" includes any agent acting on behalf of the Customer.

Quotation - is subject to final written confirmation on receipt of order and will be re-quoted if the order is not received within 1 month. Any orders placed by the Customer are deemed to be an order incorporating these Terms and Conditions notwithstanding any inconsistencies which may be introduced in the Customer's order or acceptance unless expressly agreed to by Clarity Clear Pty Ltd in writing. Clarity Clear Pty Ltd is not obliged to accept any order placed with the company.

Quotations and email - quotations supplied by email are not open for the Customer's acceptance. Any agreement is concluded only after Clarity Clear Pty Ltd communicates its acceptance of your order placed on "Clarity Clear Pty Ltd order form" and is subject to entry into agreed credit terms (as the case may be).

Security and Virus Warning - The internet and the world wide web are unsecured public networks. The Customer acknowledges and agrees that information sent to or from Clarity Clear Pty Ltd by email or an online area (including Clarity Clear Pty Ltd's website) may be intercepted, corrupted or modified by third parties and files obtained from or through email or an online area (including Clarity Clear Pty Ltd's website) may contain computer viruses or other defects. The Customer will be responsible for any loss or damage caused thereby.

Payment Terms - All pricing is stated in Australian Dollars. Payment by credit card is required with the amount owed to be debited at that time from the credit card account provided by you. Payment will be considered received once the amount payable by you is received by Clarity Clear Pty Ltd in immediately available funds. Until payment is received, Clarity Clear Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any order or delivery. If we are out of stock of any of the items in your order, we will notify you via email. If you don't want to wait until the item is in stock, we will issue a complete refund.

Payment Security and Options - clarityclear.com uses eWay's Internet Payment Gateway to provide a secure environment for the authorisation of credit card transactions over the Internet. Confidential information including client credit card details are encrypted the moment they are transmitted from the client's browser to the banking network using industry standard SSL 128-bit RC4 encryption technology.

A client's credit card details are not stored anywhere on the Internet and the only company who has access to this data is the merchant's bank. The bank also sends confirmation information via the same encryption technology back to the client's browser. These secure processes provide clients with peace of mind when purchasing online.

Payment transferred directly into our bank account is also acceptable. Choose the direct deposit option from the payment menu.

International Orders - If making a purchase from outside Australia please note that customs fees or import duties may apply to your order. We recommend that you contact your national customs/imports body in order to determine what customs and/or duty charges may apply to your order. Please be aware that these charges are the customer’s responsibility. Clarity Clear Pty Ltd have no control over what charges may apply.

Shipping of Australian Orders - the estimated time taken to deliver your clarityclear.com pack will be between 1 - 6 business days depending on the shipping option chosen at the time of ordering. You will receive an email from us confirming your order.

Shipping for International Orders - please refer to the freight calculation on the checkout page. Please note the estimated shipping time is 3 -10 business days from the time your order has been processed. You will receive an email from us confirming your order.

Please note: times quoted for delivery are estimates only and Clarity Clear Pty Ltd will not be liable for failure to deliver nor for delay in delivery arising from any cause whatsoever beyond its control. The Customer will not be relieved of any obligation to accept nor pay for goods by reason of any delay in delivery or despatch.
